Since Mark added this feature, I was wondering who had updated their pages with some images. Can you post pages you made (or found) so we can all enjoy this new feature 😃

MEES electronics is very good and uses images:

Images work on nomadnet client and load only on demand (on click)

I might have been a bit too optimistic with my 'onclick' comment - i think it's 'onclick' but loads ALL images (like ctrl+l does). I'm not 100% sure :)

My node is not just a technical reference manual but a personal space by choice. I want to be part of a network. Like living in it. Or even living it.

If you visit the Art section, there are links to images, using this feature. Might add another one today.

Have some more experimental stuff there.
Animations are a bit tricky.

Does nomadnet server care what directory structure we use? I noticed you all use /media something, my server (meshchat x) has no such folder by default. I couldn't RTFM, despite trying my best to find an FM :)

Images need to be in ~/.nomadnetwork/storage/pages/.../image.webp
pages in plural!
The shortest form to link images is \ʼ(\ʼ:/media/.../image.webp)
media not pages!

Pages need to be in ~/.nomadnetwork/storage/pages/.../content.mu
pages in plural!
Link pages with \ʼ[text\ʼ:/page/.../content.mu]
page in singular!

Files need to be in ~/.nomadnetwork/storage/files/.../file.webp
files in plural!
Link files with \ʼ[save\ʼ:/file/.../file.webp]
file in singular!

This can all be configured, but don't ask me how.

a=c sets the alignment to centered.

w=n sets the width to the closest native resolution of the image.
w=50 will scale the image to 50% width.

MeshChatX does not support images yet. Maybe with the upcoming update?
Also I have never tried out hosting a node with mcx.

You can edit your posts. Forum software switches line breaks with spaces and removes a lot of symbols. Always behaving strangely. But with enough persistence, you can edit your posts.

Thank you SO MUCH adept for this valuable information. I have to admit, I had no idea about any of these arbitrary content type location requirements, and I have RTFMed for the last two/three weeks pretty much every day.

Dare I ask: is there documentation for any of this I might have missed?

I have made a page dedicated to my T-deck firmware and it has a picture of the t-deck running the firmware. The resolution is low but that's intentional - so it can be opened over LoRa.

It was very fun to add, forced me to learn how to optimize webp to go from iphone HEIC 8 meg to 32kb . A healthy exercise :)
