# RNIDs and disparate devices

Hey all, what is the best practice for handling RNIDs across multiple devices? Is it standard for people to use the same RNID on their phone, laptop, etc, or do people typically create new and use them all separate? My biggest use case right now is perusing sites over RNS and synchronizing my identity across interactions. It also made me think about storing RNIDs on a flashdrive, or if there was a way to use a yubikey (spitballing) to nomad your way across different devices. Not sure and was curious if anyone had developed thoughts on the matter.
