Video over RNS

Is video calling over RNS acceptable?
I realize it takes a lot of bandwidth, even if using lossy compression and low resolutions. Definitely would not want this data to go over LoRa. I'm thinking of using this over UDP tunnels or similar.

I'd like to use LXST for this, but it currently only has audio codecs integrated.
Just thought I'd ask, what is the sentiment on this and how should I approach this?

I'd start with just naively shoving bytes over a link and seeing how far you get. Optimise after that.
