i'm working on a russian translation of reticulum.network right now, where can i submit it when its done?

Mark runs the reticulum.network website I believe

If you have it in a rngit repo, I can fetch and merge it from there. Or you can put it all in a tar/zip archive and send it to me if that's easier.

i presume yes since thats what add_new_translation.sh gives me
