# Have any of you actually had your Rnode interface be used by random people

Besides me using them once to test them I've never seen any traffic over them

I have found that in-practice reticulum networks need to be far more intentional, so I've published a lot of info over discovery but also on websites for the spaces that the transport rnodes are placed at.

So, yeah I've had some people use nodes I put up, but it's not necessarily like meshtastic where you can just select "medium-fast" and immediately see other people messing around with their nodes. 

People have come to a space after seeing the nomadnet page over the internet to configure their nodes. I kinda think it's better that way, more social :)
